We live in zone 6a and I have been gardening and cooking for years. This blog is an opportunity for me to share with you my success and those failures that come about on occasion. Plus, I want to hear from all the gardeners and bakers and cooks out there and learn from you. Feel free to share your ideas.

Meyer Lemon Tree

My meyer lemon tree arrived this afternoon.  It is raining ice pellets so I will have to wait until tomorrow to transplant it into a pot. It has a wonderful scent, but it does not appear as if it has any tiny lemons on it yet.

I purchased it from Four Winds  and it arrived in great shape..

  1. I purchased my Meyer lemon tree early last spring. It is growing nicely. I sure hope that I get some blossoms this year!

  2. Robin -Thanks. I have mine in a south window and plan to take it outdoors in the container starting in mid May and leaving it out there for the summer and fall.
